Project Brief
After a site visit, MDL prepares the Project Brief with recommended design concept solutions to deliver the vision you seek which defines the proposed scope of works, budget and time frame for your consideration, adjusting the Brief as necessary with your input.
Design Concept
The Design Concept is developed from the approved Brief, providing sketches, drawings, visuals and sourcing materials for your input and refinement before delivering the Final Design Concept, including schedule of works and time frame, costings of materials and labour, for your sign-off.

Installation & Handover
Middleton Design London provides onsite management to coordinate deliveries and installation of fixtures and fittings, working with your contractor, trades, suppliers and architect, depending on the scale of the project, to ensure all runs to plan before the handover.
